Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Orange County Performing Arts Center/Segerstrom Center for the Arts
The Orange County Performing Arts Center is the expression of community vision, initiative, state-of-the-art acoustics, and artistic accomplishment. It's one of the nation's premier arts complexes and encompasses the 3,000-seat opera house style Segerstrom Hall, the acoustically superb 2,000-seat Renee & Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall, the 500-seat multi-use Samueli Theatre and 250-seat Founders Hall and is home to three resident performance companies.
South Coast Plaza
South Coast Plaza is an international shopping destination with 280 boutiques, stores and restaurants attracting visitors from around the world, and has helped to define and shape the identity of Orange County in Southern California as a shopping, dining and cultural destination located minutes from the Pacific Ocean (15-minutes) and Disneyland (20-minutes). For convenience, South Coast Plaza runs shuttle service to Disneyland hotels as well as other lodging facilities in that area three times daily.

Redemption
Can I redeem a package without an Eticket?
An Eticket must be presented along with government-issued ID in order to redeem a package. One Eticket per party.
Can I use the package on any other day of our stay?
Yes. Your reservation date can be the day of use or the first day of your stay. All packages should be redeemed before your departure.
Can I use different parts of the package inclusions on different days?
Yes. Since all parts of the package are included upon redemption you can divide your use of them over the course of your stay. For example, your package includes a special discount at 2 different stores or a shopping discount and a spa service. Shop one day, spa another.
Can I get a refund for any unused portion of the package?
There are no refunds for unused portions of the package. There are no refunds for unused packages once purchased.
Reservations
Must I reserve my package in advance?
Your reservation on this website reserves the package in general.
Must I reserve parts of my packages in advance?
Once purchased there may be some components of your package that require advance reservations, i.e. Spa appointments or appointments with personal shoppers and or transportation via shuttles. This information will be provided on your Eticket.
Tips and Gratuities
Are tips and gratuities included for services rendered that have that expectation, i.e. a spa treatment, meals or beverages?
Tips and gratuities are not included. Tipping is at your discretion.
Are tips included for drivers of shuttle services included in some of the packages?
Tips are not included for shuttle drivers. Tipping is at your discretion.
